The Municipal Government Act requires that each municipality and each regional services commission prepare annual audited financial statements and a financial information return. Both reports should be returned to Alberta Municipal Affairs by May 1 of each year.

Financial Information Reporting Manual
The Government of Alberta and Municipal Affairs will not be liable for any damages that result
